I have been practicing massage for over fifteen years. I have extensive training in orthopedic and medical massage.

In my work, I focus on trigger points and connective tissue to address both specific and broad areas of restriction and discomfort. I work to bring balance to opposing muscle groups by considering the body as a whole, resulting in decreased pain, ease of movement and improved posture. Every session is tailored to treat your specific needs and accommodate your desired level of pressure and comfort.

About Cazandra
I am thrilled to announce my colleague, licensed massage therapist Cazandra Selin will be joining me at my office as of February 2023. She will be available every Thursday from 4-8pm and every other Saturday 12-5pm.

Cazandra has been practicing massage for over 20 years. She brings her experience, kindness and strength to every session. Cazandra believes that communication with her clients is the key to a great massage. She works attentively with each client to bring them the very best experience and results.
